Monday afternoon class Yoga for people Over 60 at Fremington Parish Hall, £4.00 per class. From 12.13pm-1.45pm.
Tuesdays: Tarka Clinic, Paiges Lane, Barnstaple, North Devon
'Vinyasa Flow Yoga' class with Oona Hawley, at The Tarka Clinic, Barnstaple £5.00 per class
Tuesday evenings 7.30pm-9pm.
Saturdays: Hallsannery Centre, Bideford, North Devon
Saturday morning classes in the beautiful surroundings of the Hallsannery Centre, Bideford.
Classes from 10.30am-12pm £6.00 per class including chai-tea.
